Shining Tree International was established in 1996 as providers of Japanese/English/
Japanese medical and technical translations, cross cultural business consultation, and unique top quality low cost products from Asia.

The experience of our management provides an excellent platform for performing these projects:

Junko Ueda is a native born and educated Japanese. She attended Tokyo International University, and holds a Bachelor of International Relations degree. She had 12 years of experience in Japanese businesses before relocating to the USA in 1996. Her recent roles in manufacturing supply chain and international logistics provide an excellent base of knowledge in the increasingly important import/export business operations in Asia.

Richard (Dick) Telke had 36 years experience in Manufacturing Operations, and Project Management at 3M company before retiring in 2004. He holds Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, and Marketing degrees from the University of Minnesota. During his tenure at 3M, Dick had extensive international experience in locating international suppliers and in performing manufacturing liaison in several key technology areas such as coatings, non-wovens, activated carbon, extruding, packaging, and converting.
